Your phone number and payment interactions through these links may be collected and processed securely. You can decline SMS payment links and choose alternative payment methods.
• Saved Payment Methods (Card on File) - With your consent, we may securely store your payment card for future or repeat orders so you do not have to re-enter it. Your card is stored in tokenized form by our third-party payment processors, and we do not keep your full card number. We only charge your saved card for orders and amounts you authorize, and you can ask us to remove your card on file at any time.
• WhatsApp and Chat AI Assistants - We might offer AI-powered chat assistants through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and other chat services. If available, these assistants can help you place orders, answer questions, and provide customer support. When you interact with our chat assistants, your messages, order details, and conversation history may be collected and stored to process your orders, respond to inquiries, and improve our AI systems. These interactions are processed securely and in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective messaging platforms.

These AI-powered services, when available, are provided by AI Bunny on our behalf. AI Bunny processes this information as our service provider and is bound by strict data protection agreements.

Some of this information is sent from our servers rather than from your browser. Where advertising measurement is enabled, we may send an advertising provider a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your email address, telephone number, name and postal address, together with your IP address and browser user agent, so that a completed order can be matched to the advertisement that led to it. We do not send these details to advertising providers in readable form.

When you arrive from an advertisement, we store the advertising click identifier contained in that link in a cookie on your device for up to 90 days, so that an order you place later can be attributed to the advertisement.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our website. Blocking cookies in your browser does not by itself stop the server-side measurement described above; to opt out of that as well, see "Your Privacy Choices" below.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Sensitive Personal Information

To deliver your order we convert your delivery address into map coordinates, and where delivery is used we may show you the driver's location while your order is on its way. California law treats precise geolocation as sensitive personal information.

We use sensitive personal information only to provide the ordering, delivery and support services you request, to process payments, and for related security and fraud prevention. We do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics about you, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with advertising providers. You may ask us to limit our use and disclosure of it using the contact details below.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The retention period depends on the nature of the information and the purposes for which it is processed.

• Points may be forfeited on account closure, or in the event of fraud or abuse.
• The program is offered by the restaurant; the platform provides the supporting technology only.
